Engagement du Participant / Participant's Commitment:

Le participant s'engage à se conformer aux lois en vigueur dans le pays et à se comporter d'une façon courtoise envers les employés, les guides et les dirigeants du campement Gavilo. De même, le participant se doit d'obéir aux instructions du guide ainsi qu'aux règles de sécurité. Il/elle devra aussi respecter l'environnement et les coutumes/traditions du pays.

Participants undertake to comply with applicable laws in the country and to behave properly towards employees, guides and leaders of the Gavilo camp. At the same time, the participant must comply with the instructions of the guide and the safety rules. He / she should also respect the environment and the customs / traditions of the country.

Situations particulières / Exceptions :

Nous nous réservons le droit de refuser la participation au voyage à toute personne dont la tenue ou la conduite serait de nature à nuire au bon déroulement du campement. De même, si en cours de séjour l'attitude ou le comportement d'un voyageur nuit au bon déroulement du campement et à la quiétude des autres clients et/ou employés, nous pouvons être amenés à exclure l'intéressé dudit campement sans dommages-intérêts.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to voyages to anyone whose dress code or behavior might affect the smooth running of the camp activities. At the same time, if during the stay the attitude or behavior of any passenger interferes with the proper sequence of the camp's activities or the tranquility of the other customers and / or employees, we may need to exclude that person from our camp without damages.

Passeport et Visas / Passport and Visas :

Il est de la responsabilité des participants d'avoir un passeport et un visa valides pour toute la durée du séjour. Le campement ne pourra en aucun cas être tenu pour responsable de la perte éventuelle de passeports ou autres documents officiels.

It is the responsibility of participants to have a valid passport and a valid visa for the duration of the stay. The camp will in no way be held liable for any loss of passports or other official documents.

Annulation et résérvation / Cancellation and reservation :

La résérvation n'est effective qu'aprés versement de 10% du prix total.

En cas d'annulation de la part du client :
- Avant payement total : les 10% ne sont pas remboursables.
- Aprés payement total : 90% du prix sera remboursé.

En cas d’annulation du séjour par le camp Gavilo, le participant sera intégralement remboursé mais ne pourra prétendre à aucune indemnité.

Dans le cas d'une situation exceptionnelle (hors de contrôle humain) telle que : guerre, épidémies, désastres naturels, opérations militaires, etc…, retards et déviations provoqués par les conditions atmosphériques (fortes pluies, orages, feux, etc…) ou les services publics (changements du programme des transports aériens et du chemin de fer), l’agence a le droit de décommander le séjour ou de faire une modification de programme.

The reservation is effective only after payment of 10% of the total price.

In case of cancellation from the client:
- Before full payment: 10% of the price will not be refundable.
- After full payment: 90% of the price will be refunded.

In case of cancellation by the Gavilo association, participants will be fully refunded, but may not claim any compensation.

In case of an exceptional situation (beyond human control) such as: war, epidemics, natural disasters, military operations, etc. ..., delays and diversions caused by weather conditions (heavy rains, storms, fires, etc. ...) or utilities (program changes of air and railway transportation), the agency reserves the right to cancel the stay or to change the program.
